Black Coffee and Waffle Bar (BCWB) opened its first location in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2014 as a coffee shop serving fresh buttermilk waffles and gourmet toppings. BCWB quickly earned the reputation as a go-to brunch spot and attracted crowds for our photogenic waffles and specialty coffee. Ten years later, we are still serving up the same aesthetic to all the breakfast lovers at 3 locations, St Paul, Roseville and Fargo, North Dakota!
